IMPORTANT NOTICE: CANCELLATION POLICY

By submitting this form or making payment toward your trip, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Frank Doe Travels, including our cancellation and refund policy. Cancellations due to illness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen events are still subject to cancellation penalties. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.

 

BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
  • Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date require full payment at the time of reservation.
  • Additional deposits may be required during peak travel periods or where hotels and suppliers request stricter terms.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellation notices must be received in writing. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before tour start: Loss of 15% of total tour cost.
  • 59–45 days before tour: Loss of 20% of total tour cost.
  • 44–31 days before tour: Loss of 25% of total tour cost.
  • 30 days or less before tour: 100% of tour cost (No Refund)

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour, including hotel accommodations, meals, excursions, or transfers.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Frank Doe Travels is not responsible for losses due to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, baggage loss, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation.

 

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AND CHARGEBACKS

By submitting payment to Frank Doe Travels, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks for services provided or cancellations processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any disputes or concerns must be addressed directly with Frank Doe Travels in writing. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation of signed agreements and correspondence.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRANK DOE TRAVELS

Frank Doe Travels is responsible for delivering the services and experiences outlined in your confirmed itinerary. In the rare case of unavailability of listed accommodations, we will substitute with properties of similar or higher quality.

  • All accommodations are based on double occupancy with private bathrooms unless otherwise specified.
  • Single occupancy incurs a supplement, and day rooms are not included unless clearly stated.

 

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFETY

The safety and wellbeing of our travelers is our top priority. We partner with reliable local providers and avoid high-risk areas. We do not conduct tours at night to minimize fatigue-related risks.
Travelers are expected to:

  • Take personal responsibility for their belongings
  • Keep valuables secure and luggage locked
  • Remain cautious in public spaces

Frank Doe Travels is not liable for lost or stolen items, including those left in hotel rooms, transport, or restaurants.

FORCE MAJEURE AND GENERAL DISCLAIMER

Frank Doe Travels shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God, weather, fire, strikes, war, civil unrest, quarantine, pandemics, or governmental actions. In such cases, we will make every effort to modify or reschedule your travel plans. However, we are not obligated to provide a refund for portions of the tour affected by such events.
