• Balance: Pay 50% in cash upon arrival (USD notes, 2017 or newer)

• Group Booking Policy: 30–50% deposit depending on timeline, flexible balance options

• Cancellations: Up to 100% refund with 60-day notice, 50% with 30-day notice

• Extras Excluded: eVisa (~$40), travel insurance, vaccinations, and tips

What’s Included:
All Nairobi Excursions are conducted as private tours, either for individual guests or private groups. Transportation is provided using comfortable private vehicles, including Land Cruisers, cars, or minivans depending on the tour. Each excursion is led by expert English-speaking tour guides and local drivers, ensuring an informative and seamless experience. On-board bottled water is provided during the tours for your refreshment.

What to Bring:
Guests are advised to carry a valid ID or passport for check-ins and security clearance. Since meals are not included, it’s recommended to bring your own lunch or snacks. Comfortable walking clothes, sturdy shoes, and a pair of binoculars (especially for bird lovers and safari seekers) are also suggested. Wearing neutral-colored clothing is ideal for photography and blending into natural surroundings. Tips and gratuities for guides and local hosts are not included but are appreciated.

What’s Excluded:
The tour package does not cover the Electronic Travel Authorization (eVisa), which is approximately $40 and must be obtained prior to travel. Travel vaccinations and medical insurance are also not included and should be arranged independently. Additionally, anything not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions should be considered the responsibility of the guest.
