You can book a tour by filling out our online inquiry or booking form on our website, emailing us at info@frankdoetravels.com, or calling our team directly. Once your tour is confirmed, we will send you an invoice and payment instructions.

A 25% non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour starts.

Yes. A Yellow Fever Vaccination Card (also known as the International Certificate of Vaccination) is required for entry into many African countries. You must receive the vaccine at least 10 days before your travel date, and present the valid card upon arrival at the airport. Some countries may deny entry without it. We recommend consulting your doctor or a travel clinic well in advance.

While travel insurance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended. Insurance can protect you against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and more. We can provide recommendations for trusted providers.

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Refunds are issued based on how close to the travel date the cancellation occurs. We advise all clients to purchase travel insurance.

We work with reputable 3 to 5-star hotels, lodges, and boutique accommodations that reflect local character and offer comfort and safety. Accommodation type depends on the tour package and budget.
