This luxury safari experience, curated by Msanii Africa Safaris, is a 3-day, 2-night private tour to the world-renowned Masai Mara in Kenya. Designed for individuals, couples, families, or small groups, the program blends thrilling wildlife encounters with cultural experiences, guided by local experts in comfortable 4×4 Land Cruisers.

Itinerary Summary:
Day 1 – Travel to Masai Mara:
The journey begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or JKIA airport in Nairobi. Guests travel via the Great Rift Valley, passing through Narok Town before arriving at the chosen safari camp or lodge for lunch. The afternoon includes a relaxing game drive in the park, concluding with a scenic sunset.

Day 2 – Full-Day Safari Adventure:
A full day is spent on game drives across the Masai Mara, tracking wildlife such as lions, elephants, and the Big Five. A picnic lunch is served under a lone tree inside the reserve. During July–September, guests may witness the Great Wildebeest Migration. Optional balloon rides are available for $430 per person and include a champagne bush breakfast.

Day 3 – Masai Cultural Experience & Return to Nairobi:
After breakfast, guests visit a local Masai village to experience their traditions and way of life through dance and cultural interactions. The tour concludes with a return drive to Nairobi.

Accommodation Options:
The safari offers multiple luxury camp and lodge options to suit varying budgets and preferences: Jambo Mara, Sopa Lodge, Olkinyei Camp, Mara Maisha Camp, and Mara Rianta Luxury Camp (All Inclusive). Each camp offers different seasonal rates based on group size and time of year. All accommodations include full-board meals and park fees.

What’s Included:
The safari package includes private or shared game drives in a 4×4 Tour Land Cruiser, complete with bottled water for guests during excursions. Accommodation is provided for 3 days and 2 nights in standard luxury lodges or camps within the Masai Mara, all on a full-board basis—covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The package also covers all relevant park and reserve entry fees, guide and activity charges, as well as applicable local and government taxes. Throughout the trip, guests benefit from 24-hour personalized tourist support, along with a complimentary MAS travel goodie bag and souvenirs.

What’s Not Included:
The package does not include international flights to and from Kenya, tips or gratuities, or the mandatory Electronic Travel Authorization (eVisa), which costs approximately $40 and should be arranged online before arrival. Travel vaccinations, medical insurance, and any other personal travel expenses are also excluded. Optional activities, such as a visit to Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island (available at $50 extra) or a hot air balloon ride ($430 per person), are not covered in the base package and require advance arrangement or group consensus where applicable.
